Privacy Policy

1. Who this covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Veil AIO (“Veil”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you visit our website, buy a subscription, use the Veil AIO software or Veil Remote, or join our Discord community (together, the “Service”). It is part of our Terms of Service.

2. Information that stays on your computer

To run tasks, the software stores the information you enter, such as retailer account logins, profiles, shipping and billing addresses, payment card details, proxies and settings, locally on your own computer. The software uses it only to perform the tasks you set up, sending it directly to the retailer websites you choose. It is not sent to us, and we cannot see it. Keeping your computer and that data secure is your responsibility.

3. Information we collect

• Purchase information. When you subscribe, our checkout provider collects your payment details and shares with us what we need to manage your subscription, such as your email, subscription status and the last digits or type of your card. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• License information. Your license key and the information needed to check it, such as an identifier for the computer it is activated on, the app version and the time of each check.
• Diagnostics and usage. We may collect technical information such as error reports, crash details and app performance, and usage statistics such as how many tasks run or how many checkouts succeed. Statistics we share or publish, for example checkout counts across members, are aggregated and do not identify you.
• Support and community. Messages and information you send us in support tickets or our Discord. Discord also processes this under its own privacy policy.
• Website. Our hosting provider processes standard request data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and protect the site. Our website does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. It loads fonts and code libraries from third-party content networks, which receive your IP address when they serve those files.

4. How we use information

We use the information above to: process payments and manage subscriptions; issue, verify and protect license keys and prevent sharing, resale and fraud; provide updates and support; diagnose problems and improve the software; communicate with you about your subscription, changes and important notices; and comply with the law and enforce our Terms, Refund Policy and EULA, including to respond to chargebacks.

5. When we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:

• with service providers that help us run the Service, such as our checkout provider, hosting and licensing providers and Discord, who may use it only to provide their services;
• with payment providers when needed to contest a chargeback or prevent fraud;
• if required by law, subpoena or court order, or when we believe in good faith that it is necessary to protect our rights, our users or the public; or
• as part of a merger, sale or reorganization of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.

6. How long we keep it

We keep purchase and license records for as long as your subscription is active and afterwards as long as needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute and legal purposes. Diagnostic data is kept only as long as it is useful for fixing and improving the software.

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your own computer, accounts, license key and Veil Remote PIN or password.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by opening a support ticket in our Discord. We may need to verify your identity first, and we may keep information we are required to keep by law or need for the purposes in section 6. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, and we will honor them as those laws require.

9. Children

The Service is for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International users

We operate from the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be processed outside your country.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date, and we will announce material changes in our Discord. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
