End User License Agreement
1. This agreement
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and Veil AIO (“Veil”, “we”, “us”) and governs the Veil AIO software, including the desktop application, Veil Remote, its engine and components, updates, and its documentation and guides (the “Software”). By downloading, installing, activating or using the Software, you agree to this EULA. If you don’t agree, don’t install or use it. This EULA forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. License grant
While you have an active, paid subscription and comply with this EULA, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to install and use the Software on computers that you own or control, for your own use. The Software is licensed, not sold. We may limit how many computers or sessions a single license key may run at the same time.
3. Activation and license checks
The Software requires a valid license key and may need an internet connection to activate and to verify your license periodically. It includes technical measures that check licensing, detect sharing and unauthorized copies, and confirm compliance with this EULA. If a license cannot be verified, has expired, or is being misused, the Software may stop working.
4. Restrictions
You may not, and may not allow or help anyone else to:
- share, sell, resell, rent, lend, lease, sublicense, transfer or publish your license key or the Software, or provide it to others as a service;
- copy the Software, except for the copies made by normally installing and running it;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, unpack or otherwise try to derive the source code, algorithms or internal workings of the Software, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction;
- modify, translate, patch or create derivative works of the Software;
- remove, bypass, disable or interfere with any licensing, activation, update, anti-tampering or security feature;
- remove or alter any proprietary notices, names or logos;
- use the Software, or knowledge gained from it, to build, train or improve a competing product; or
- use the Software for fraud, with accounts, payment methods or identities you are not authorized to use, or in any way that violates applicable law.
5. Your use and responsibility
The Software automates actions on third-party websites at your direction. You control its configuration and are solely responsible for how you use it, for every purchase it places for you, and for complying with the terms of every website you use it with and with all laws that apply to you. Retailers may cancel orders or restrict accounts, and we are not responsible for their decisions. Test and dry-run modes are provided so you can check your setup before you allow tasks to spend money.
6. Updates
The Software may download and install updates automatically, including to keep working with supported sites. Updates are licensed under this EULA unless they come with different terms. We may change, add or remove features, and stop supporting a site or platform, at any time.
7. Ownership
The Software and all copies, updates and parts of it, including its code, design, interfaces, documentation and the Veil AIO name and logo, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trade secret and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved.
8. Third-party components
The Software includes open-source and third-party components that are licensed under their own terms. Those terms govern your use of those components, and nothing in this EULA limits your rights under them.
9. Termination
This EULA and your license end automatically when your subscription ends, or immediately if you breach this EULA or our Terms. We may also suspend or revoke a license key we reasonably believe has been shared, resold, used to file a chargeback for an authorized payment, or otherwise misused. When the license ends, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies. Sections 4, 5 and 7 through 13 survive termination.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, SECURE ANY PURCHASE, WORK WITH ANY PARTICULAR WEBSITE, OR OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERRORS.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, PURCHASES, ORDERS OR ACCOUNTS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS EULA WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
12. Export compliance
You may not use, export or re-export the Software in violation of United States export control or sanctions laws, or in any country or by any person to whom such laws prohibit providing it.
13. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes are resolved as set out in our Terms of Service. If any part of this EULA is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
